Unfortunately, the place is only due to illness restricted to visit. The kitchen is very good. Would like to be more often gone.

Small but fine daily menu. Soup in front, dessert after. Restaurant mostly well attended. Trout miller is a dream.

Very good odenwald restaurant. Small but nice. Well known for his beef roulades, which I had for lunch. Awesome, a dream! Really hearty, homemade and delicious in taste, and hey ..... there is a lot of stuffing in there! Where can you still find that today? The potato dumplings were home-made too! You can really sit in the restaurant, which is divided into several rooms. You can park well in the area, but you can also incorporate the restaurant into a hike. We were really excited, we will be back. In addition, we had already seen the restaurant in a television broadcast by the Hessischer Rundfunk and were made aware of it!

A hike around half of Güttersbach and then excellent food, that's the Golden Lion. Ok, the two girls from the waitress could better coordinate. But the food makes up for it. We had the trout with boiled potatoes and salad; the breast of the Quite juicy with homemade potato dumplings with red cabbage. With the obligatory soup and fruit salad as dessert. A very successful day

An inn like in the good old days of 1970. Home-style cooking, good portions, with soup in advance and a dessert. All of that very well. And that at an unbeatable price. Mother and son still cook here. Thank you that you are still around.

Insider tip in the Odenwald. Very nice located directly at the heated outdoor pool. Great service, clean rooms and very nice hosts. In addition, the food is excellent. Always worth a visit 💜👌

Eating like mother

Hotel: The facility is a bit old. But it is functional and everything is very clean. All rooms have a balcony facing the meadow. This is always a relaxation for stressed eyes. WiFi is available. The place is away from the through traffic but very central in the Odenwald. So we have a good starting point for excursions in the area. Restaurant: Honest German cuisine with good ingredients. It literally tastes like mother's. The price is very fair. A little detour to eat has always been worthwhile.

The hotel rooms are very basic but clean. Here you can spend good and cheap. A breakfast with nothing missing - served by the boss. The food in the restaurant is plentiful and really delicious. Particularly positive are the very nice and attentive service staff. Absolutely top and always worth a visit.
